    Bible verse: 2 Timothy 4:17
Notwithstanding the Lord stood with me, and strengthened me; that by me the preaching might be fully known, and that all the Gentiles might hear: and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.

    Message
No matter how stubborn we are, no mater how unfaithful and disloyal to the Lord we are, no matter how how grievous we have sinned against God, the Lord will still rescue us from every evil, deliver us from the most imminent dangers and save us for His heavenly kingdom.

He delivered Daniel from the lion's den, saved Jonah from perishing in the fish's belly.
The same God has been taking good care of you, strengthening you, protecting and directing you.
In every storm the Lord stood by you, His hands were on your shoulders.

Beloved, if God is with you, and He is on your side, though friends fail, and enemies rage, you have nothing to fear.

Trust God and put your confidence in Him.

    Prayer
Loving Lord You are my confidence and my blessed assurance.
You are the rock of my salvation and the strength of my life.
Thank you Lord for Your power over my life.
Thank you, Father for the victory in all my situations.
Thank you that I am the redeemed and Satan has no authority over me or my life.

    Bible verse: John 6:27
Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed.

    Lesson
You are encouraged to labour for the meat that perisheth not, that meat which endureth unto everlasting life.
That components of that meat are:
    - The words of God which is sweeter than honey.
    - Every word that proceed out of the mouth of God.
    - The unfeigned love of one another with a pure heart.
    - The repentance and forgiveness of sins.
    - Feeding yourself on God's word, digging into the truths of the word, and apply it to your daily life.
    - Spending time with God in prayer, in worship and praises.
Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added to you.

    Prayer
Dear Lord, rather than being motivated by the endless acquisition of temporary benefits of this world let my principle work be focused on spiritual food which endures for ever and so lay hold of eternal life in Jesus name.

    Bible verse: Proverbs 17:3
The fining pot is for silver, and the furnace for gold: but the LORD trieth the hearts.

    Message
It is written that "our heart is deceitful above all things, and it is desperately wicked, and no man can truly know the faults in his own heart".
God knows your worst fears, your strongest temptations, your secret fantasies, your weakest moments, your trigger points, and the sins that easily beset you.

Beloved, only the LORD can prove and purify your heart, isolate it from the attractions to the world, pride, self-righteousness and from afflictions and trials.

All you have to do is to trust God and submit your heart to His furnace fire.

    Prayer
Dear loving Lord, thank You for the peace and joy and righteousness that are gifts to me from Your Spirit at work in my heart.
I pray that in all things You would continue to keep and to care; to guard and to guide - and to support and to strengthen me in every avenue of life in Jesus name.

    Bible verse: 1 Corinthians 2:9
9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

    Message
Beloved what things have God done to you? Which blessings and which favour?
Any manifestation in the plans you laid down early this year - the functioning of your carnal senses, the pardon of sin, justification by faith, the peace of mind, joy and power over the enemies?
Then He is worthy to be praised.

Yet our Lord is telling you that He has greater things in stock for you so your joy shall be full.
Precious things - undiscoverable by human method, cannot be searched out, nor reveal nor be determine by your internal senses.

You have to appreciate God, honour Him, worship Him, trust Him, be obedient to His laws, hate and reject those thing that God hates.

But if you choose to chase pleasure, popularity, worldly treasures or money instead of God, you'll miss it.

    Prayer
Thank You Lord for the things You hath prepared for me; the view of that which the eyes of other people have not seen; a view of wisdom, and fitness, and beauty which can be found in no other plan.

    Bible verse: Psalm 123:2
Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters, and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress; so our eyes wait upon the LORD our God, until that he have mercy upon us.

    Message
We are to look unto God with the a spirit of respect, dependence, obedience and readiness which is evinced by servants in regard to their masters.

We can do nothing, and shall become nothing if we turn away from the Lord.
Our only hope and expectation should be God and to find relief, joy and peace our focus must be solely on Him forsaking worldly desires.

Beloved, you have no other resource than to wait on the Lord and to look unto Him for direction.
He is the Rock of Ages, a firm and lasting foundation for faith and hope upon Whom to build your life.

    Prayer
O Lord, grant me the servant's spirit that I may learn of thee, and do thy work in thy own Spirit in obedience and readiness, and after thy own method in Jesus name.

    Bible verse: Psalm 134:2-3
2 Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the LORD.
3 The LORD that made heaven and earth bless thee out of Zion.

    Message
We should always be thankful to the Almighty God looking back at the marvelous, gracious and wonderful things God has done in our life.
Yes! it is time of praising and showing appreciation to the most high God knowing fully that whatsoever we have and possess is only by Him.

God gives us the privilege, responsibility and calling to do good works, to magnify His Holy name, to lift up our hands in praises to adore, extol and reverence Him.

Our Hands, heart, and every other part of our manhood must be upraised, elevated, and consecrated to the adoring service of the Lord for He has done great things.

    Prayer
Thank you Lord for being with me through all the years especially when going through trials and tests Satan has sent against me.

May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God the Father, in the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be ours in abundance.

    Bible verse: Psalm 141:4
Incline not my heart to any evil thing, to practise wicked works with men that work iniquity: and let me not eat of their dainties.

    Message
Dainties means: sweet sins, which people enjoy in secret while the heart means the real you; the you that you and only God knows.

Beloved, there are many evil things the heart can be exposed to - not caring for God or His ways, love the things of the world above God, walk in unholiness, killer of fellow brethren, having unforgiving heart or unguarded mouth etc.

There are also temptations of so many kinds as well as many wicked things we read, we see, we think about, we talk about and things we do and feed our minds on. These are secret sins and secret lusts.

Brethren, our heart is to be given to holiness and the service of God in this world for we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works.

We are therefore, with the help of the Holy Spirit, to cleanse ourself and turn away from these secret sins and secret lusts.

    Prayer
Dear Lord, it is my heart's desire not to be lusting after evil things nor to practice evil works.

Guide me against men that work iniquity and when they shall bring out their sweet morsels, and delicate dishes, in the hope of binding me to their service let them fall into their own gallows in Jesus name.
