    Bible verse: Psalm 138:7 contd.
Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me; You will stretch out Your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and You right hand will save me. The Lord will perfect that which concerns me.

    Message
Everybody has trouble. It's just a part of life, but how you deal with the difficulties you are facing says a lot about who you are.
When life is too much for you to handle, it's nice to know that God is more than enough.
There is no enemy from which He cannot deliver you; there is no trial under which He cannot support you; there is no danger from which He cannot rescue you.
In the fiery furnace, in the surging waters, in the valley of the shadow of death, He is all-sufficient.

Do you hide when trouble comes your way?
You have to use the trouble in your life as a stepping stone that moves you closer to your destiny.
So whatever you are going through today, don't give up on God. He is equal to all our emergencies.

There is no trouble in the world that's bigger than God is.

    Prayer
Thank You Lord for delivering me from the grip of unfriendly friends and stretching out Your hand against the wrath of my enemies.
Help me Lord, in the days of distress, in the time of troubles and give me power to overcome temptations, troubles and tribulations in the mighty name of Jesus.

    Bible verse: Psalm 138:7
Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me; You will stretch out Your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and You right hand will save me. The Lord will perfect that which concerns me.

    Message
Trouble is a word that encompasses many kinds of hardships or problems. It can be small and still change the dynamics of a situation.
Trouble can bring you down, only if you let it and consequently making your strength and your will to become vulnerable.
Trouble attends the best of men; both outward and inward trouble, from sin, Satan, and the world.
They are surrounded with it and can rightly say that they are in the midst of it.
David had encountered many conflicts, persecution and troubles in his life and God remained the same through it all.
Job and Joseph were another good examples. And God preserved their life amidst all their troubles and He perfected that which concerned them.

Beloveth, you have no cause for fear; for God is with you, and will give you new life as He did unto Job and Joseph.
God shalt stretch forth His hand against the wrath of your enemies.
God did promise you: when thou passest through the rivers he will be with thee, and will perfect that which concerns thee.

    Prayer
Dear gracious God, renew the way that I think so that I would believe what You say about me, live confidently and have the faith that when I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me.
Teach me to see my whole life as you see it in Jesus name.

Bible verse: 2 John 1:6 contd.
6 And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.

    Message
And this is love, that we walk after his commandments.
The question is: How is this love produced and maintained?

When you take the effort to seek after God and spend time in His Word seeking His direction, and walking in His precepts, or acting on His Word, He will reveal or manifest Himself to you.
You must remain devoted to the Lord, walking daily with Him.
You must examine your heart so you can walk with the Lord and maintain that which He has begun in you.
You must watch your roving eyes, curious ears, greedy appetite, lustful heart which will act reversely in producing and maintaining love and obedience in the Lord.

    Beloveth, power may cause a man to be feared; authority, to be reverenced; wealth, to be envied; learning, to be admired;
genius, to be praised; but it is only love and goodness that will chain your heart to producing and maintaining love and walk after God's commandments

    Prayer
I pray that I may learn to walk in obedience, in spirit and truth and to submit to Your spirit's guidance in my life.
Thank you, Lord, that you love me even when I am disobedience to your word and for the fresh grace and a season full of your promises.

Bible verse: 2 John 1:6 contd.
6 And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.

    Message
Which are the commandments that ye should walk after?
    - Obedience and Love.
Obedience is the product of love.
Obedience is the evidence of love.
Love makes obedience easy, and duty delightful.

We should avoid breaking God's commandments, by joining in affinity with the children of disobedience and learning their ways.
Living a life of disobedience, pride and arrogance and rebelling against God's glorious will lead you along the highway to hell fire.
A life of absolute trust and obedience is what will provoke the peace of God in your live.
As you chose to live in obedience to God, He will empower you, protect you, and pour His mercy upon you.

Beloveth, it is disobedience, unforgiving heart, deceitful tongue, unguarded mouth, pride and walking in unrighteousness that are the obstacles that will cut you off from God's blessings.

    Prayer
Dear Lord, keep my heart thirsty for You in obedience to Your Word and awaken my ears that I would hear Your voice guiding me in Jesus name.

    Bible verse: 2 John 1:6
6 And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.

    Message
If you want to walk after His commandments, truth and love must be combined in your character and conduct.
Beloveth, where truth dwells without love, the character is likely to be or to become cold, rigid, and harsh.
Where love dwells without truth, the character becomes effeminate, self-indulgent, and unreliable.
It is a moral duty to reverence goodness and to admire beauty of character.

Let us therefore endeavour to become worthy of the exalted Christian love so we can walk after His commandments.
By the help of divine grace, let us seek to develop characters worthy of the esteem and affection of the good.
All that is requested of you is walking in righteousness knowing that those walking in righteousness, in perfect purity and holiness shall have peace in the midst of trials and tribulations.
Walking in the light of God will cause Him to turn all of your nothings to somethings.

    Prayer
Oh Lord, shower Your spiritual illumination upon my head to supply my spiritual eyes with light as I live a life worthy of walking after Your commandments in Jesus name.

Bible verse: 2 Peter 1:2 contd.
Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,

    Message
The word of knowledge is often defined as the ability of one person to know what God is currently doing or intends to do in the life of another person.
Do you know God? If yes, what evidence do you have that your answer is authentic?
Do you know and believe that the Lord maketh poor and maketh rich, bringeth low; lifteth up?
Do you know that He raiseth up the poor out of the dust and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes and to make them inherit the throne of glory?
Do you know that the wicked shall be silent in darkness and the adversaries of the Lord shall be broken to pieces; out of heaven shall He thunder upon them?
The Lord is a God of knowledge and by Him actions are weighted.

Beloveth, all has been given to you into order to live out holiness and godliness if you have time, determination and spirit to read His words from the Scriptures.

    Prayer
dear Lord, open my mind and heart to the word of the Spirit, to be taught by the Spirit, and to begin to live on the basis of these life-transforming teachings.
In my walk with You Lord, let me continue to increase in my knowledge of You in Jesus name.

Bible verse: 2 Peter 1:2 contd.
Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,

    Message
Beloveth, the knowledge of God involves the total person: intellect, emotion, and will.
Yes! it involves intimacy and integrity.
A true, intimate relationship must be based on truth and honesty.
And you must take a true and honest look at yourself before you can begin to experience an intimate union with God.
The knowledge of God is our greatest privilege and our greatest need and it is a great preservative from sin.
If you will grow in your knowledge of God, you must walk closer to Him, listen and obey His voice and forsake those things He hates.

    Prayer
Dear heavenly Father, Your word said "I will give them a heart to know me, that I am the Lord."
Give me a heart to know You, inspire my mind that I may comprehend Your love for me.
Free my heart from selfish ambitions and the determination to have my own way in Jesus name.
