    Bible verse: Ephesians 4:15
But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:

    Message
Every statement which Christians make should be unvarnished truth; every promise they make should be true; every representation which they make of the sentiments of others should be simple truth.

Furthermore, when we admonish a brother of his faults, it should not be in a harsh and unfeeling manner, but in love; speaking the simple truth, and nothing but the truth.

Our words, the content of our speech, the character of our speech should be Christ-honoring not compromising the truth and love in all things.
Remember, truth is love and love is truth; without truth, there is no love.

    Prayer
Equip me oh Lord, with a solid understanding of truth, guide my mouth against speaking froward and perverse things, things contrary to the teachings and gospel of Christ and everything that is repugnant to truth and justice in Jesus name.

    Bible verse: Proverbs 12:22
Lying lips are abomination to the LORD: but they that deal truly are his delight.

    Message
Believers should always strive to tell the truth because truth is connected with God's changeless character and only the truth can set you free.

We are to keep away from false, unkind, boastful, and flattering words, idle, deceitful and unprofitable talks, every thing that is untrue, unchaste, unjust, foolish, and filthy; all swearing, lying, gossip and all speech that departs from the law of purity as well as blasphemies against God or men.

Beloved, God is always on the side of those who walk in His ways while those who walk the path of wickedness with face the wrath of God and enjoy life in eternal hell.

    Prayer
with the right instruments and specialized knives, very careful cuts can be made.

Though an army encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; though war arise against me, yet I will be bold and confident because those who trust in you shall mount wings like an eagle.

    Bible verse: Proverbs 4:24
Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee.

    Message
The tongue, after the heart, is the most ungovernable member of human carnal senses; therefore, you are to guard your tongue, rule your speech, mark your words and beware of hastiness, anger, and rash speeches.

A foolish mouth will ruin your reputation; an offensive mouth will cause trouble with men while kind and wise speech will build your integrity and reputation.
You are to do away with everything that is repugnant to truth, love and justice.

    Prayer
Everlasting Father, I pray that You take away from me all speech that departs from the law of purity, truth and love.

Because the content of the heart supplies the mouth and that is impossible to have godly and gracious speech without a pure heart; shake me, oh Lord, from the dust of impurity, defiled mind and conscience in Jesus name.

    Bible verse: Ephesians 4:25
Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.

    Message
Truthfulness and honesty is one of the foundations that God laid down for every society on this planet.

Unfortunately, at this end time, many people are afraid that honesty in speech will cost them friendships, love and/or respect. So they either keep their lips zipped or say something other than what they mean.

Christians are to speak the whole truth without distortion, diminution or exaggeration.
For, it is written "Ye shall not lie to one another" and the scriptures above stated "speak every man truth with his neighbor".

Brethren, no affection, no prejudice, no fear of man, no shyness, no lack of confidence, no fear of displaying ignorance, no trying to avoid criticism, and not wanting to hurt someone's feelings ought to lead to a false, or partial, or misleading representation of facts and speaking of the truth.

    Prayer
Oh gracious Father, guide my tongue, watch my steps and grant me the confident and boldness to practicing Your laid down foundation of truthfulness and honesty in Jesus name.
Fill my heart, Oh Lord, with cheerful courage and loving trust in You and let your love never depart from my live in Jesus name.

    Bible verse: Isaiah 5:21
Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!

    Message
Failure to allow the Spirit of God to fill our thinking, attitudes and actions leads one to impurity of all types - pickiness, harshness, unapproachable, mercilessness, fruitlessness, wavering, pride, arrogance, dishonesty and a heart full of selfish ambitions, bitterness, jealousy and unforgiveness.

Living by man's wisdom will sow sin and strife and will reap confusion and worthless works.
Living by God's wisdom will sow righteousness and peace; you will be desiring holiness in all aspects of life and will reap God's blessings.
Christlike people are not haughty, rude and callous to the needs of others.

Abraham based his decisions on God's wisdom and his choice eventually led to blessings upon the whole world!

    Prayer
Dear Lord, Your word says that if any lack wisdom let him ask; grant me Oh Lord Christlike wisdom never to be blindfolded of being wise in my own understandings.

Help me oh Lord,to become more and more teachable so that I will be willing to learn from Your Word at all times about Your greater will for my life.
With the heavenly wisdom and through the knowledge of God, let me have all things pertaining to life and godliness in Jesus name.

    Bible verse: James 3:17
But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

    Message
It is an application of the "wisdom from above" that drives positive attitude, good conduct and appropriate actions. Wisdom from above has its origin with God; it is steady, consistent, reliable and produces blessings.

Worldly wisdom, on the other hand, is particularly designed by Satan to produce trouble - envy, strife, pride, conflicts, self-centerdness, selfishness, devilish, and disorder that comes from instability and works that are worthless.

Beloved, let our goal be the seeking of Christlike wisdom which is honest, steadfast, fruitful, merciful, en-treatable, gentle, peaceable, non-partial and pure as it is a gift from God.

    Prayer
I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give me the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that I may know him better.

Glorious God, I denounce and cancel any worldly wisdom in my life trying to influence my thinking and conduct; I seek the wisdom from God and submit myself to His Word so that I can function Christlike with wisdom from above in Jesus name.

    Bible verse: Isaiah 33:6
And wisdom and knowledge shall be the stability of thy times, and strength of salvation: the fear of the Lord is his treasure.

    Message
Without God's wisdom we are foolish and without His knowledge we are ignorant.
Because God loves us He provides us with the wisdom to live and the knowledge to apply it.
He makes His storehouse of wisdom and knowledge available for us to be enjoyed.

Yes! we have the privilege to enjoy love, firmness, steadiness, confidence, constancy, fearlessness at all times.
But we have to listen and be obedient to His Word and do away with bitterness, hatred, self-centeredness, spiritual carelessness and all things that will stand as obstacle between us and God.

    Prayer
I thank and praise you, God of my ancestors: You have given me wisdom and power and made known to me the greater knowledge of You.
I pray Oh Lord, that I can confidently apply that knowledge so that my live will reflect the light of God in Jesus name.
