    Bible verse: Proverbs 24:12
If thou sayest, Behold, we knew it not; doth not he that pondereth the heart consider it? and he that keepeth thy soul, doth not he know it? and shall not he render to every man according to his works?

    Message
Ignorance is no excuse, for it is written: "Lack of knowledge my people perish".
God will hold each and everyone accountable for his/her words and actions.
He is a God of justice and His judgement will not be influenced with the excuse "I did not know".

Save your excuses! They will not work.
Your excuse may exonerate you to others, but the great God is not so easily influenced by your laziness or lame excuses.
You cannot deceive God, who ponders your heart and keeps your soul.
He knows your thoughts, and He will reward you accordingly.

    Check yourself.
    Are you the type that:
    - Do you make excuses for your sins and/or shift blames?
    - Are you the type trying to avoid getting involved because it may cost you money or time?
    - Are you the selfish and lazy one ignoring events around you trying to play it safe or not willing to offend people?
    - Are you that personalty that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not?
Beloveth, God knows your excuses and he knows most are not acceptable.
You need to change your attitude and mindset.

    Prayer
It is written "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength" therefore I cancel every spirit of excuses, spirit of stagnation and spirit of procrastination in my life in Jesus name.

    Bible verse: Joshua 1:9
Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.

    Message
Courage means that you fear God more than you fear your environment and trust in divine resources more than the resources of man. Courage rests upon focused determination.
You are not just courageous to be courageous, but you are courageous for something.
Yes! your courage will rise when you have confidence in the call of the most High.
Nothing in life ever happens apart from having confidence and courage.
Beware of thinking you cannot make it when there is hope and blessed assurance in the Lord.
Beware of allowing pressure of the environment to dictate your life thereby loosing focus and courage and consequently, like Moses, act in unbelief.
Be very careful of making decisions based upon your personality profile

Beloveth, what are the things God has prepared for you to do?
When did you last re-assess God's call on your life?
What are those things that God has given you a passion for?
Are you letting go or acting in unbelief because of confusion and a lack of courage and/or frustration?
Be strong in mind, be strong in spirit and put your trust in the Lord for the Lord goes with you wherever you go and is your guidance in all your undertakings.

    Prayer
Holy Spirit, fill me so that I can be who God wants me to be and without fear to comply with the instructions of God.
I will no longer be trapped in the frustration of living in the darkness, living in fear and in disobedience in Jesus name.

    Bible verse: Isaiah 41:10
Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

    Message
Many people never fulfill the call of God on their lives simply because every time they try to go forward, or do something new the devil uses fear, one of his major weapons, to stop them.
Fear paralyzes, brings torment, and causes one to freeze when one should fight or forge ahead.
Don't forget, every time you feel fear in your life and submit to doubt and fear, it's a manifestation of the kingdom of darkness.
Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed saith the Lord of host.
When the storms of life rise against you, and the winds of adversity buffeting your life, when people are gossiping about you and pulling you down with their unguarded mouths and evil speakings, our Lord is assuring you that He will strengthen you and uphold you.

What are you afraid of - of principles and principalities, of those with toxic tongues, those wicked enemies of progress?
Fear not nor be dismayed, march forward and move with God.
Put your trust in the Lord and, no matter how dark the darkness is or how big the mountain is, like David, be bold and courageous and forge ahead in the name of the Lord.

    Prayer
Thank you Lord for hiding me from those adversaries and wicked enemies.
Thant you Father for always been there with me; giving me strengthen, love and direction for I remain under your full protection.
Empower me oh Lord to fight fear and addictions with unwavering faith in You in Jesus mighty name.

    Bible verse: Matthew 10:17
    But beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues;

    Message
A scourge is a whip or lash, especially a multi-thong type, usually made of leather, used to inflicting punishment or torture.
Beloveth, you are forewarned to practice caution because there are those out there wanting to do you harm.
They are ready to scourge you in their synagogues because of what you do, or what you stand for, or for that little good you do and/or help you rendered.
Some are not happy and/or not satisfied with that assistance you rendered, those helpful advices you give, the word of God you preached, while some take it for granted that it is your obligation to render every support and their inheritance to receive.
Family members will turn on you, betray and/or condemn you while friends might forsake you for one reason or the other.

Jesus makes it clear that you may suffer for your faith, for your good heart, for your helpful and motivating character, for your truthfulness and generousity, for your being compassionate, for your life of kindness and treating others well but our Lord assured you and promises to never leave you. He will be with you even in your darkest hour.
You are not to worry exactly how to defend yourself - only be courageous, trusting and relying on God's promises, His word, His care and His power.
When all human help failed, and all men have forsaken you, God, in a more remarkable manner, will interpose and thus excellency plainly appeared to be who He is; God of Love, mercy and kindness.

    Prayer
Dear everlasting Father, I forsake the illusion of my competency and cast myself on You oh Lord, so that nothing shall separate me from your love in Jesus name.
Grant me the strength, and spiritual power to be fully prepared for every persecution in Jesus name.

    Bible verse: 2 Timothy 4:17
Notwithstanding the Lord stood with me, and strengthened me; that by me the preaching might be fully known, and that all the Gentiles might hear: and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.

    Message
Beloveth, one thing is sure - the Lord will stand with those who put their trust in Him, those who live righteously, and all repented sinners.
You are to fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable.
Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise and the Lord will stand with you, strengthen you and give you peace.
When all human help failed, and&/or men have forsaken you, God, in a more remarkable manner, will interpose and thus excellency plainly appeared to be who He is; God of Love, mercy and kindness.

Daniel was delivered out of the mouth of the lion, the Lord stood with Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, and He delivered Peter and Silas from imprisonment. All escaped imminent dangers.
Yes! our Lord will stand with those that put their trust and hope in Him.
Are you living in accordance to the laws of God - seeking His kingdom above all other things, showing love and being your brother's keeper?

    Prayer
Thank you, Lord, for standing with me in every situation, for Your protection, for leading me toward love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
Make me to hunger and thirst for righteousness in Jesus name.

    Bible verse: 1 Samuel 31:4-6 + 2 Samuel 1:5,10,15-16

    1 Samuel 31:4-6
4 Then said Saul unto his armourbearer, Draw thy sword, and thrust me through therewith; lest these uncircumcised come and thrust me through, and abuse me. But his armourbearer would not; for he was sore afraid. Therefore Saul took a sword, and fell upon it.
5 And when his armourbearer saw that Saul was dead, he fell likewise upon his sword, and died with him.
6 So Saul died, and his three sons, and his armourbearer, and all his men, that same day together.

    2 Samuel 1:5,10,15-16
5 And David said unto the young man that told him, How knowest thou that Saul and Jonathan his son be dead?
10 So I stood upon him, and slew him, because I was sure that he could not live after that he was fallen: and I took the crown that was upon his head, and the bracelet that was on his arm, and have brought them hither unto my lord.
15 And David called one of the young men, and said, Go near, and fall upon him. And he smote him that he died.
16 And David said unto him, Thy blood be upon thy head; for thy mouth hath testified against thee, saying, I have slain the LORD’s anointed.

    Message
It is written: "You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor."
This commandment prohibits you from doing unjust harm to another's reputation, from spreading false and deadly rumours and deadly gossips asnwell as false accusations.
Giving false testimony is a direct assault upon the freedom and dignity of another member of the covenant community.

Beloveth, promoting the truth means giving an overall fair and accurate depiction of the way things really are, even when that goes against your own interests.
You are, always, to be speaking the truth with an appropriate degree of exactitude, never relying on vagueness, ambiguity, or equivocation to obscure the truth for self-interested motives or to avoid accountability for your words.
Note that those who conceal the truth or who invent stories or who twist the truth violate God's command.
Beloveth, you are are breaking commandment of God when you bring a false accusation against your brethren, or when a complainer falsely charges another and brings false witnesses to substantiate.

Do not forget that there can be terrible consequences for a person who gives false testimony or false evidence and/or aids and abets lies.
The wife of Ananias paid with her life.
The young man in this scripture fabricated false testimony and false evidence instead of the expected honour he paid with his life - "for thy mouth hath testified against thee".
What proceeds out of your mouth can either lead you to success or destruction. So guard your tongue.

    Prayer
Heavenly Father, I pray against those who bear false reports because in doing so they have joined their hand with the wicked man to be me malicious witnesses.
Lord I pray against those who hate me and talk about me secretly, those who speak falsely against me and
spread the false accusation and those enemies speaking evil against me and wishing the worst things upon my life. in Jesus name.

    Bible verse: Exodus 4:10-12
10 And Moses said unto the LORD, O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue.
11 And the LORD said unto him, Who hath made man's mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the LORD?
12 Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say.

    Message
Moses knew the sort of eloquence demanded at Pharaoh's court because he was brought up there before he fled execution after killing that Egyptian.
He consequently claimed that his ability did not match God's call, forgetting that God is not dependent on human ability and has never call anyone to something that He doesn't equip him with all that is needed to achieve His goal.

God is calling you to do something special for His kingdom by giving you special gifts, special knowledge, special abilities and special motivating faith.
Yes! God often calls us to do what we cannot do in our own strength.
Surely you will be crowned with the gifts, skills, and abilities you need to accomplish that which God has called you for.

Do you know that Moses's objection, unfortunately and irrationally, implies that the Lord has made a mistake?
Are you of the same thinking mentality especially in handling of your spiritual gifts, or when your prayers seemed not to have the attention of God, or when life is not going as you expected?

Because God is love and gracious, He responded to Moses' concern: "I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say."
Unlike human being who will disappoint you, God kept His promises and He worked through Moses mightily on numerous occasions.
Beloveth, this is the year you are to look unto God, trusting His powers and having the faith that He can use anyone, any means and/or any situation to fulfill His desires.

    Prayer
Dear everlasting Father, I thank You for the gifts, skills and abilities You have given to me.
Grant me that supernatural ability of not compromising Your laws as well as the integrity to consistently and predictably be honest in doing that which You have called me to do in Jesus name.
