    Bible verse: Colossians 3:23-24
    And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;
Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.

    Lesson
Doing something for God cannot mean doing something to meet God's needs but it means doing something to receive the Lord's reward.
God has no needs. He is completely self-sufficient in the joyful fellowship of the Trinity.
He is always full and overflowing with grace ready to give to whoever put his trust in him.
Doing something for God takes your focus off impressing others with your obedience, and puts it on seeking joy in God through your obedience.
There is no eternal reward is pleasing men.

    Prayer
Oh God, count me worthy of your calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of your goodness, and the work of faith with power:
that the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in me - 2 Thessalonians 1:11

    Bible verse: Mark 11:23
For verily I say unto you, that whoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea, and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he said shall come to pass, he shall have whatsoever he said.

    Lesson
The mountains symbolise hindrance to progress or obstacles that is preventing you from reaching your goals.
It can also be anything that is standing between you and your destiny.
God can use any mountain in your life to bring you to the lime light. May you not run away from that mountain which will bring you to the top.

    Prayer
Lord Jesus, grant me the grace to be able to face any mountain that will bring me to the lime light in Jesus name.

    Bible verse: Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

    Lesson
Trust is the practical outworking of faith: it is when we trust God that we show that our faith in Him is real.
Simply believing in God is not enough, we are to have faith and lean on the wisdom of God's word.
We are to trust him with our whole hearts and put our whole lives in his hands not choosing what we want to entrust in Him.
Sometimes there will seem to be insurmountable obstacles in our way, it is God's promise that as you trust Him you will eventually reach the destination that He has in mind for you.
Abraham packed up everything and left his home land because God told him to.
Noah building a great big boat in the middle of dry land because he trusted the Lord with all your heart.
Peter stepped out of the boat walking on the water, because he put hus trust on Jesus.
He will make your paths straight. Remember "With God all is possible".

    Prayer
Aber Father, I am ready to get into the wheelbarrow for you to take me to where you wants me to be.
I surrender my life into your hands to remove every insurmountable obstacles in my way and never to lean on my own understanding in Jesus name

    Bible verse: John 6:27
Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed.

    Lesson
What is that meat which endureth unto everlasting life?
    - The words of God which is sweeter than honey.
    - Every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
    - The unfeigned love of the brethren and love of one another with a pure heart.
    - Reading a portion of God's Word daily, think about it, meditate on it,and apply it to your daily life.
    - Feeding yourself on His word, digging into the truths of the word, on chewing it over with others.
    - Spending time with God in prayer, worshipping Him, praising Him, bringing your own needs to Him, as well as the needs of others.
Yes! your spiritual needs are far more important than your physical needs.
Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added to you

    Prayer
Dear Lord, rather than being motivated by the endless acquisition of temporary benefits of this world.
Let my principle work be focused on spiritual food which endures for ever and so lay hold of eternal life in Jesus name.

    Bible verse: Ephesians 5:2
And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.

    Lesson
Love is a self-sacrificing, caring commitment that shows itself by seeking the highest good of the one loved.
To walk in love means speaking the truth, because our Lord is the God of truth, being sincere and faithful in our dealings with others, because He is a sincere & faithful God, being holy in all our behavior, because He is holy, laying aside our selfishness, greedy desire, pride, and rights in order to practice God's love towards others.
Stop imitating the society instead allow yourself to be clothed with humility putting on the armour of light, the garments of salvation, zeal for a cloak and the bond of perfectness - love.
Finally be committed to do the will of God.

    Prayer
Dear God, grant me courage to be able walk in love and live my life in faith and glory.
Strengthen me with your love and your grace in Jesus name.

    Bible verse: Matthew 20:30
And, behold, two blind men sitting by the way side, when they heard that Jesus passed by, cried out, saying, Have mercy on us, O Lord, thou Son of David.

    Lesson
    Are you overcome by sadness?
    Are you depressed and helpless?
Are you going through the motion of life and feel that life is meaningless?
Do you feel defeated by sins?
Are you in a miserable condition?
Does your life feel like nothing positive is ahead?
Do you feel coldness, hatred, anger, retaliation and malice in your heart?
TURN TO JESUS !! Apply to him for help.
Declare your faith in Him and let your plight be spelled out in your statement.
Silence will not solve your problems. You need to cry out for help with genuine reasons.
God wants you to know that knowing him through his Son Jesus is the key to truly meaningful, fulfilled, satisfied life.
Even when there seems to be nothing in our lives, God can use the little that remains to effect tremendous blessings in your lives and the lives of others.
God uses what we think is nothing for the unexpected.

    Prayer
Hear, O LORD, when I cry with my voice: have mercy also upon me, and answer me.
In the time of trouble, hide me in your pavilion: in the secret of your tabernacle shall you hide me and set me up upon a rock these I asked in Jesus name. - Psalm 27

    Bible verse: John 1:20-21
And he confessed, and denied not; but confessed, I am not the Christ.
And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No.

    Lesson
The truth is always there. The choice is yours, either to face it or not.
We must choose to put off falsehood and put on truthfulness; we must resist the temptation to deny or shade the truth.
We must choose to be honest and not to be habitual liars.
We are to act and always speak the truth.
Honesty reflects God's character while the greatest advantage of speaking the truth is that you don't have to remember what you said.
Are you willing, not only to speak the truth to others, but to hear the truth from others?

    Prayer
Oh Lord, grant me the ability to uphold the truth, and be able to bearing witness to the absolute truthfulness and trustworthiness of You in Jesus name.
