    Bible verse: 1 Thessalonians 5:15
See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men.

    Message
Following the path of goodness requires a new mindset, the grace from above, the determination and commitment to:
    - render to no one evil for evil.
    - be long-suffering.
    - be of comfort the faint-hearted.
    - uphold the weak.
    - encourage, motivate and be patient with all.
    - show love at all times and in whichever condition.
It is one of the laid down rules that the people should be at peace among themselves, doing all they can to guard against any differences.
We are to exercise the policy as it is written "first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift".

Beloveth, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written: "Vengeance is mine, I will repay", says the Lord.
Instead of looking for an opportunity to pay back offenders, you need to look for opportunities to forgive and bless them.

    Prayer
Dear gracious Father, remind me to look at every situation from different angles, to view each person with compassion and to react without judgment.
Let me know that enemies will come, but through You, I will always be victorious in Jesus name.
Thank You, gracious God, for Your love and forgiveness of my sins and and blotting out all mine iniquities.

    Bible verse: Ecclesiastes 1:9-11
9 The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.
10 Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us.
11 There is no remembrance of former things; neither shall there be any remembrance of things that are to come with those that shall come after.

    Message
Beloveth, humanity is the same because one generation supersedes another.
The new come up with fresh interests and schemes of their own, and hustle the old off the stage, and are themselves in their turn forced to give place to those who come up after them.
The stage is the same on which they play their parts and the performances are very like another - there is no new thing under the sun.

The motion of the sun, travelling from east to west; the shifting of the wind from one point to another, and then back again; the speedy current of the rivers to join the ocean but returns them in various ways to water the earth and to feed the springs, and the commonplace events of human life are things that hath been, it is that which shall be.
Furthermore, we still live in a world where the prince of darkness disguises himself into an angel of light and tries to make us believe that we can redeem ourselves with our own inventions.
Yes! there is no new thing under the sun since we still have with us the false, the licentious, the cruel, the wicked, the servile, the ambitious beings as well as the meek, the grateful, the generous, the pure-hearted and the devout children of God.

And the thing that hath been, it is that which shall be such like labour, sorrow, care, struggle, death; love, pleasure, success, honour, wickedness etc.

Beloveth, you have to acknowledge that in this world all is vanity. Therefore do not build on that which quivers and shakes beneath you instead build on God who has the authority, power to make new things come to past.
It is written: "Heaven and earth may pass away, but His words will not pass away."

    Prayer
Dear Lord, it is my heart's desire not to be lusting after evil things nor to practice evil works but to looking for satisfaction in wisdom, in pleasure, in work to Your glory.
Give me the grace of saving faith, satisfaction in wisdom, satisfaction in pleasure as I acknowledge and recognize that under the sun there is no satisfaction to be found.

    Bible verse: Psalm 119:18
Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.

    Message
It is the divine Spirit alone who can lighten the darkness of your sinful state, and who can enable you to perceive the glory, the harmony, and moral loveliness from above.
And it is a fact that the words of God cannot be kept except they be known and the wonderful things contained in the divine law can neither be discovered nor relished neither can they be known unless the eyes are opened.

God has given us His ideas about all of these wondrous things for free and all can be found in the Law book.
Until God opens your spiritual eyes you shall not and cannot behold the wondrous things in His law and it will be difficult to understand and possess the precious and marvellous things therein.

What are those wonderful things concealed from your spiritual eyes?
With the help of the Holy Spirit, you need to read, study and meditate on the valuable information and the untold blessings of the Scriptures and the Lord's promises about His covenant and to provide knowledge and wisdom.

    Prayer
Oh Lord, shower Your spiritual illumination upon my head to supply my spiritual eyes with light and open thou mine eyes that I may behold and admire the spiritual truths and look up to the precious things revealed in Your law in Jesus name.
Help me to find and secure myself dwelling in the spiritual instead of this natural world in Jesus name.

    Bible verse: Psalm 141:4
Incline not my heart to any evil thing, to practise wicked works with men that work iniquity: and let me not eat of their dainties.

    Message
Dainties means: sweet sins, which people enjoy in secret while the heart means the real you; the you that you and only God knows.

Beloved, there are many evil things the heart can be exposed to - not caring for God or His ways, love the things of the world above God, walk in unholiness, killer of fellow brethren, having unforgiving heart or unguarded mouth etc.

There are also temptations of so many kinds as well as many wicked things we read, we see, we think about, we talk about and things we do and feed our minds on. These are secret sins and secret lusts.
No man can keep himself from being taken with the allurements of a sinful course, except the Lord preserve him.

Brethren, our heart is to be given to holiness and the service of God in this world for we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works.
We are therefore, with the help of the Holy Spirit, to cleanse ourself and turn away from these secret sins and secret lusts and incline not my heart to any evil thing.

    Prayer
Dear Lord, guide me against men that work iniquity or be united or associated with people who do wrong and when they shall bring out their sweet morsels, and delicate dishes, in the hope of binding me to their service let them fall into their own gallows in Jesus name.

    Bible verse: 1 Corinthians 1:27
    But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;

    Message
God, with deliberate forethought, chooses those things which seem foolish, unthinkable, baseless and nothing to bring shame to those people who rely mostly on their power, intelligence and/or knowhow and to let them realise how little their wisdom has contributed to their success.
Yes! God chooses to use the weak things of the world to shame humanity especially those that rely on their own physical strength or on social influences of the unregenerate mind.

God deliberately allow Moses to lead the unarmed Isrealites out of Egypt via a closed road and simultaneously allowed the Egyptian mighty army to chase after for they know fully that the red sea is end of their journey.

Beloveth, don't despise what seems weak and/or insignificant because God can use them to bring down the giants in your life, or perform unexpected miracles.
With a rod, Moses performed miracles and confounded the might of Pharaoh. And God uses that rod to divide the red sea for His people to cross over on dry land.
With a little boy's five loaves and two fishes, Jesus fed 5,000 men, and his disciples gathered 12 baskets full of leftovers.
With the jawbone of an ass, Samson slew a thousand Philistines.
With a stone and a sling, David, the shepherd boy, brought down the mighty Philistine champion Goliath.

God will work in each person and will do it in such a way that eyes have not seen and ears have not heard.
All you need is to look unto God, hate what He hates and walk in righteousness.

    Prayer
Heavenly Father, may I never seek to rely on my own human wisdom, physical strength and clever manipulation but on You who is found all wisdom, might, majesty dominion, power, strength, love, peace and life in Jesus name.

    Bible verse: Proverbs 24:10
If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small.

    Message
To faint in the day of adversity is to lack the strength to face the distress or trial, become discouraged or disheartened by it and thus to quit.
You have to save it at the corner of your mind that negative events will come, so you have to prepare for them, and fight through them.
God never promised that you shall not face challenges but He promise not to allow those things you will not able to overcome.

Beloveth, we need distresses because it is only when we are tried and tested that we can know if we are learning anything from the Lord.
Yes! it is only in these times that we will know whether we are just being religious - or whether we are gaining the strength to stand when things get difficult for us.
Joseph faced difficulties, David faced serious challenges, Esther and Mordecai faced the challenges of been destroyed but they never give up.
Great men ignore difficulties, resist tiredness, and fight opposition. Great men and women do not quit - they are overcomers.

God brings adversity to increase our strength through trials and to prove our faith, as He did with Job, and to see how much we rely on Him rather than ourselves.
It is adversity that exposes false professions of stony-ground hearers.
You could tell the Lord, like Peter, that you would never deny Him, but until the trial is passed your words are vain.
Beloveth, without adversity you would not know the joy of knowing that God's strength is sufficient for you to stand in any situation.

    Prayer
Dear God, I pray that You will build my faith so strong that I can stand up to any adversity in my life with great confidence.
Remind me, Lord, how Your grace is sufficient in my weakness, how You are my refuge and strength at all times and help me to battle in Your strength and understanding, not my own in Jesus name.

    Bible verse: Micah 4:4
But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree.; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of the LORD of hosts hath spoken it.

    Message
Most people, this end-time, live in postmodern despair having no purpose for living.
They live on the verge of sadness, are afraid to peer over and see what is next.
They live from experience to experience hoping to find a bit of happiness in their lives to cover their loneliness and purposelessness.
These people do not understand God and His marvellous plan.
They easily forget that they have inheritance of that sit under the vine and fig tree of our Lord.

Beloveth, Nothing! unless your unrighteousness can disqualifies you to sit under His vine and under His fig tree.

After 400 years of slavery in Egypt, God set the sit of the Israelites under His fig tree, cover them with His arms and guard them with favour.
Guess what? The spirit of fear and poverty vanished overnight.
They were no more afraid to ask for gold and silver from their masters who they terribly feared.

Whoever sit under the vine and fig tree of the Lord will lack nothing.
Grace, mercy, peace from God has been programmed for that person.
No more crying, no poverty, no more pains and no more fear.

Yes! you can fully rest under the protection of God so-long you live a righteous and holy life and live for God's purpose.

    Prayer
Oh Lord, take away from my life, everything that will disqualify me to sit under Your vine and fig tree in the mighty name of Jesus.
Teach me Your ways so that I may walk in Your paths and be obedient to Your Word in Jesus name
