Message
The Son of God, the mediator between God and man, the Lord of glory, the redeemer of the lost, the Prince of Peace, and all-sufficient to satisfy your souls is standing at the door of your heart, knocking, willing to enter and willing to be the Lord of your mind.
Are you one of those who never open to Him at all, or one of many who open the door but slightly?
What hinders you not to let Him in?
Beloveth, if you are living in sin and unrighteousness you cannot experience His presence and hear His voice.
Yes! your mind must be renewed, have confidence and be willing to let Christ into your heart.
Opening the door and admitting Him, you will have the privileges of friendship with God, to seek His advice, to tell Him of your joys and of your sorrows, to enjoy reconciliation, communion, refreshment, protection, restoration, peace and have a personal relationship with Christ.
Yet! you have the liberty to open the door for Him to penetrate and admit Him or not. He will never make a forced entry into your life because He only comes in by invitation - opening of the door.
Don't forget that the door of the heart can be shut by your pride, by unbelief, and by wilful sin, by ignorance, by prejudice and by a continued habit of evil.
As you are entering a new month, the start of the "ember-months", shall you still keep the door of your heart barred against Him?

Prayer
Thank You Lord, for speaking to me today, knocking at my door, whispering into my ears, grant me the full ability and strength to keep the door to my heart open for You, never to let my soul be polluted and heart be shut due to
pride, unbelief, wilful sin, ignorance, prejudice and/or a continued habit of evil in Jesus name.

Bible verse: Isaiah 43:18-19
18 Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.
19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

Message
Beloveth, where you have experienced the good works of God in the past God is telling you "greater things are yet to come".
Where you have experienced pain, sin, brokenness, loss, all the effects of a world and hearts marred by sin, God promises to do new and exciting things in your life.
He doesn't leave you in a dry and weary land where there is no water, but He will renew and refresh you with streams of living water even in the midst of a desert.
Do not dwell on the past, do not live in the past. Forget the former things.
Beloveth, instead of dwelling in the past demanding that God revive the glory days when you were satisfied and happy, instead of dwelling in the past at everything that has gone wrong, instead of demanding of God when He is going to start tidying up your life and bestow blessings once again and bring you happiness, change your mindset and the question you ask of God. Ask instead for your eyes to be open to what God is doing - the new things - spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically, financially and vocationally.

Prayer
Dear everlasting Father, You used imperfect people, imperfect programs and means to draw imperfect people into restored relationship with You as Your perfect creator.
Help my soul to glorify You and my spirit to rejoice in You as You do draw me closer to You and do new and exciting things in my life in Jesus name.

I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

Message
A vine is a climbing plant that produces grapes.
The vine does not gather from the soil its fatness and its sweetness for itself, all it has is at the disposal of the branches.
Jesus, the vine, gathered the truth, love, salvation, the sweetness and everlasting life and has it at your disposal.
You are the branch which do not exist for itself, but to bear fruit that can proclaim the excellence of the vine - Jesus Christ.
Beloveth, the branch has no reason of existence except to be of service to the vine.
You are, therefore, to abide in Christ, to be saturated with His presence and to cling on to Jesus the way the branches cling on to the vine, to spread the gospel and lure to Christ those in captivity.
Abiding in Christ means abiding in His Word, having a close relationship with Him, loving others as He loves you, forgive others as He forgives you, have compassion as He did.
A person who abides in Jesus Christ all the time, will certainly shine like Jesus. May you shine in Jesus name.
When you are saturated with His presence, having the mind fill with scriptures, the devil can find no way to enter and create confusion in your life, you will be protected from your enemies and you will be given life in abundant and in peace.

Prayer
Dear Lord, I want to saturate myself in Your presence and to have a mind fill with the scriptures so I can stay away from sins and from the ways of the wicked world.
Grant me a passion for loving, knowing and doing Your word and the supernatural grace to be strong and courageous in abiding in You even in hard times in Jesus mighty name.

5 Every day they wrest my words: all their thoughts are against me for evil.
6 They gather themselves together, they hide themselves, they mark my steps, when they wait for my soul.
7 Shall they escape by iniquity? in thine anger cast down the people, O God.

Message
When you are going through the difficulties, or down in the valley and when sometimes it seems like you are going it on your own, you need to cast those burdens on the Lord.
When it seems like everything that can go wrong is going wrong, when it seems like nobody cares about what's going on in your life, when the valley is so deep that it seems to never run out and the mountain top is out of sight cast those burdens on the Lord. Remind yourself "God is there for me".
If you can share your burdens with the Lord and trust a God who loves you beyond measure, then you will find peace in the midst of chaos, peace that passes all understanding. You need to realize that God is for you and God is on your side.
When Joseph was in the prison, God was with him and He gave him hope.
When Paul and Silas were shackled and chained, God gave them hope.
When Daniel was in the lion's den, God was by his side and He gave him hope.
When the Philistines gather themselves together, hide themselves, mark David's steps, when they wait for his soul it was the same unchangeable God that gave him hope and rescue.
Beloveth, God is mindful and is aware of each and everything that you go through and He is not only there with you but was preparing new miraculous ways for another testimony. Trust and have confidence in the Lord.

Prayer
Dear heavenly Father, when the valley is so deep that it seems to never run out and the mountain top is out of sight, when the thoughts of the wicked ones are against me for evil, when the enemy shall wait for my soul, deliver me and preserve me for Your heavenly kingdom in Jesus name.

And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.

Message
Beloveth, life is not about what you have, it is about who you are.
Who you are in Christ, your reliability, integrity, selfishness, how much you love and embrace covetousness.
Covetousness as earlier mentioned is greedy, acquisitive, grasping which never brings satisfaction but gives rise to many other sins, will destroy your soul and will choke off your spiritual life.
Are you paying more attention to people's material items than to people themselves?
Do you focus your thoughts on your lack and desires than what God has blessed you with?
Do you whole-heartedly rejoice with friends, families, your spouse, your siblings for their new blessings, favour, elevations and/or success?
Ask the Lord to help you to be content with what you have and see the blessings in your life instead of comparing and believing you are coming up short.
Just remember that you have everything you need in Christ.
It is written: "seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you".
Therefore, you are to desire for kingdom-minded things instead of worldly possessions.

Prayer
Dear Lord, let me always have in my thoughts and in whichever situation I am that I have everything I need in Christ Jesus.
Let Your Holy Spirit be my guidance against any form of covetousness so that my spiritual life will not be choked off in Jesus name.

Message

Covetous is defined as wanting to have something too much,especially something that belongs to someone else - literally it means greediness.
Unfortunately, there are many people who are never satisfied with what they have. Their house is never big enough, jewelries are never enough, car is never new enough, clothes are never nice enough. ´Whatever they set their eyes on should be theirs. No asking just take it and possess it.
Yes! they live with an insatiable desire for more, and therefore their lives are dominated by worldly things.
Are you too often dominated by your desire for more things, or jealous of others that have more than you do, or live in constant pursuit of the next best thing?
Do you constantly take hold of things that belongs to others without their permission?
Do you know that when you have a passionate desire for what others have, you are telling God that you are not happy with what you have or telling God, "God, why can't I have what my neighbours have, or God, why are You so partial?
Beloveth, covetousness is the root of all kinds of sins, no wonder that Jesus gave the warning, "Take heed, and beware of covetousness".
Covetousness never brings satisfaction but destruction.
Gehazi, the servant of Elisha, coveted the property of Naaman so much that he lied to get what he wanted from Naaman the leper and he was struck with leprosy.
Stop running after things that cannot guarantee you happiness and peace because "a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth".
All these things will be left behind when you have to answer the call back to your creator.
Start pursuing the things from above and laying your treasures in heaven because the most important measurement of a man is not how much treasure have you laid up for yourself and your children, but how much treasures you have in heaven.

Prayer
Dear heavenly Father, by the power of the Holy Spirit, help me to find my deepest satisfaction, contentment, joy, and peace in knowing, loving, and serving Jesus.
Help me to keep a close watch on all my desires, so that I may see and overcome covetousness before it captures and overthrows me in Jesus name.

How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!

Message
Are you one of those that bring good tidings of good news?
Do you belong to those with deceitful and unforgiving heart, unguarded mouth, evil speaking with nothing motivating proceeding out of the mouth? One of those who roll off their tongues shooting poison at others, destroying and/or killing others?
What of encouragement and motivation of others?
Beloveth, if you are ever going to find something that is good, you'll have to get it from the hand of God after stepping out in faith and walk the mountain of life making your life a source of motivation, in uplifting of others, in full obedience to God's word and letting the teaching of kindness be part of your lifestyle.
God expects a return on His investment in your life - bringing good tidings that publisheth peace, love and salvation, kindness and righteousness.

Prayer
Let me not fall into the trap of selfishness or focus on wealth and power like the world but to be living according to Your Law and Your Word, to be led by the Spirit and not by the flesh and bring good tidings that publisheth peace in Jesus name.

23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

Message
Beloveth, all actions, utterances and behaviour develop from your mind. Therefore, your mind is the most valuable thing that you have in your possession and you should jealously guide it.
The thoughts you choose to think are very important in your life and whatever you hold in your mind will have great impact and will surely tend to occur in your life. It is written: "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he".

Remember that your thinking has the capacity to either crown you or cripple you - negative and/or wicked thoughts will produce polluted and filthy speeches, actions and sinful desires and will result into disaster.
Yes! sinful desires give room to the devil to take absolute control of you, of your thoughts, of your mindset thereby luring you into bondage.
It is your worldly mindset that will lead you to an insensitivity to sin and shameless behavior, which can then lead to unblushing obscenity.
Don't forget that the devil loves to take advantage of a mind that is ignorant, (lack of knowledge, people perish) - minds that loves the treasures of this world, proud and self-centered minds.
According to Oswald Sanders; "the mind of man is the battleground on which every moral and spiritual battle is fought." So the key to any kind of improvement in life is in the mind.
Beloveth, for you to experience peace, breakthrough, favour, victory, protection you must be renewed in the Spirit of your mind, guard our thoughts, put on a new garment, submit to the Holy Spirit and walk in true holiness.

Prayer
Dear Lord, let the mind of Christ Jesus be the master of my mind, not allowing the old sinful habits of my flesh and sinful ways of thinking keep me from living a new life of righteousness and true holiness in Jesus name.

For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

Message
Beloveth, all that is on this planet earth, the treasures, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life are not of the Father but they belong to the god of the world - Satan and his agents.
As a born again christian, in fact every believer, you are an overcomer and you should be victorious because you have eternal life in Christ and abundant life. God's Spirit will live within you to provide power to overcome the battles of this world.
No mountain shall be too steep, no valley too deep, no burden too heavy, no problem shall be too difficult for you to handle because you have overcometh the world.
Your faith, your walking in righteousness, your obedience to the word are the victory that overcomes because you do not love the things of this world.
It is written "If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him".
Beloveth, you are to trust the Lord without reservation, walk as Christ walked, pray to overcome those shortcomings, every bondage and he wicked men of the world.

Prayer
Dear Lord, Your word saith "He that overcometh shall inherit all things", I pray that Your favour, kindness and mercy guide me to overcome the world and open my eyes to see where You would lead me in Jesus name.

1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
2 In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

Message
Beloveth, you cannot be granted entrance into any of the mansions of God except through Jesus, walking in holiness and in obedience to the word.
Remember Jeus said "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but through Me."
For you to gain access to that place Jesus went to prepare for you, life everlasting you need to acknowledge Jesus and start, if you have not been, act Christlike.
If you are discontent, worried, anxious, bewildered, perplexed, confused, agitated, or otherwise in need of comfort, the reason is that you don't trust Jesus like you should and that you probably rely on your own understanding, knowledge and pride or you allow Satan and his agents to blindfold you with fake promises.
Beloveth, stop letting your heart be troubled. Keep trusting God because believing in Jesus Christ will deliver you from troubles, will grant you healing to those wounds, deliverance from your troubled heart and uncertainties, peace of mind and peace with God and God will wipe away every tear from our eyes.
Have your thoughts fixed upon God and start laying up your treasures in heaven, in one of those mansions Jesus was referring you to.
The mansions and the treasures on this planet are nothing but vanity. You brought nothing to this world.
Therefore let not your heart be troubled about those luxuries, those jewelries, those worldly mansions you have not acquired, the uncertainty of the future
Jesus is preparing a place for you and that brings comfort and hope and peace of mind.

Prayer
Dear heavenly Father, hold my hand in my weakness, hold me tightly in Your loving embrace, so that I can be stronger than the difficult challenges in my life and show me that there is nothing to fear or worry about even when my heart is troubled and direct my steps to be one of the inhabitants of the heavenly mansions in Jesus name.
