Bible verse: Zechariah 3:3-4 contd.
3 Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and stood before the angel.
4 And he answered and spake unto those that stood before him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with change of raiment.

Message
Unlike physical clothing that you can wear to cover up your inner shame, spiritual clothing represent what you are, the inner characteristics or attributes from your inner being.
The status of your spiritual garment will determine your ability in interacting between the Godly and the ungodly and it will be the first thing that will be sighted by the devil and his agents.
Yes! the enemy, can put a filthy garment upon one's life in the spiritual and consequently such people are destroyed so they can't achieve or fulfill their preordained destiny in life.
Unfortunately, individuals can through their actions and carelessness impose on themselves filthy garments which includes among others:
- the garment of unbelief,
- the garment of taking God's name in vain,
- the garment of doing your own thing and claiming the glory of God,
- the garment of dishonoring parents,
- the garment of un-contentment,
- the garment of idolatry and sexual sin,
- the garment of lying, sheating, stealing and deceit,
- the garment of anger, bitterness and violence,
- the garment of murmuring and complaint
- the garment of pride, arrogance and self-centeredness,
- the garment of envy, hatred, malice, and unforgiving heart,
- the garment of greed, selfishness and covetousness.

With a change of mindset, repentance and obedience to the word, God will remove the filthy garments which the enemy has put on you deliberately or non-deliberately or which out of lack of knowledge and/or sin you put on yourself.
Beloveth, repentance is now - no procrastinating.
God will cause thine iniquity to pass from thee, purge you with hyssop, and He will clothe thee with change of raiment.
He sincerely desires you to become whiter than snow and create in you a clean heart.

Prayer
Dear merciful God, keep me back from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression in Jesus name.
I pray, oh Lord, that You guide me continually, and satisfy my soul in drought, and make fat my bones that I will not be clothed with filthy garments in Jesus name.
Thank You Lord for protection, love, mercy and guidance since start of the year.

Message
Beloveth, the garment speaks or describe a lot about who you are in the spiritual realm and also in the physical.
Yes! we all wear a spiritual garment which is not visible which can either be clean or unclean.
When your spiritual garment is filthy, it means your spirit in the spiritual realm is polluted or defiled due to sin.
God is concerned about our dirty lives, our disobedience, our love for the treasures of this world.
He is able and is willing to remove from us every spot, or wrinkle, or uncleanliness, or any such thing that will separate us from His love and His presence in our daily life.
Yes! you must remove your old garment and those God's contradicting, unhealthy ways of life.
Fact is that you cannot remove those filthy garments on your own way and/or based on our own merit or understanding without you surrendering totally unto the Lord, and seeking the help and directives of the Holy Spirit.
Remember that blind Bartimaeus, before getting to Jesus to receive his healing he cast away his
filthy garment. Like blind Bartimaeus, take those dirty clothes off, leave them behind you and walk boldly to the Lord in repentance to receive your healings.
Beloveth, as a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people our garment must be clean and if filthy must be cleansed.

Prayer
Dear Lord, protect my eyes, my carnal senses and my mind from anything that might dim the luster of a heart and cleanse me from sin's guilt and power and remove every filthy cloth from me in Jesus mighty name.

Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

Message
The promises of God are what gives us hope so that we are guided not by what we see in this discouraging world, but what we know is coming from the certainty of what God has said he will do for His children.
They are a foundation of our faith and of our hope and trust in the Lord upon which we can rest and have peace in all situations if we have knowledge of these promises.
Filthiness is defined as the quality of being disgustingly dirty.
Believers are to pursue the goal of holiness by separating themselves from all the lies and deceptions that would defile them.
Love or hatred develops from our mind therefore we are to cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit and the filth of our minds that seek after fleshly things and filth we have put in your minds and consequently seek the presence of God.
Believers must, therefore, avoid both the fleshly sins and the pollution of the mind knowing fully that our minds are gateway to manipulations and deceit.
It is written. "But the man who is unclean and does not purify himself from uncleanness, that person shall be cut off from the midst of the assembly, because he has defiled the sanctuary of the LORD; the water for impurity has not been sprinkled on him, he is unclean."
Yes! we are to resist and avoid sin in all its inviting and seducing forms. We are to pursue righteousness, obedience to the word, perfection of heart, and feeling, and emotions.

Prayer
Dear everlasting Father, I need Your strength to defeat filthiness of the flesh and spirit and the filth of my mind that seek after fleshly things.
Give me wisdom and perspective in the moment I am tempted to sin, help me in that moment to see my sin as You see it, and not to do the sin my heart longs to do in Jesus name.
I am thankful that Your power is made perfect in my weakness.

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

Message
The love of Christ is love for His people - those who are called according to His purpose.
Yes! God's love is steadfast and unchanging, comforting, compels us to love one another and is incomprehensible. Nothing, except sin, can separate us from this love.
It is sin that can drift us from that love because sin is not Love, sin creates a breach in relationships and separates us from ourselves, others and from God.
Beloveth, the consequences of sin and iniquity are always heavy and God wants a life filled with blessings for His children. Sin without repentance is hell fire.
God's thoughts for you are not evil but love. He does not want you under a curse or in captivity of Satan but for you to have eternal life and life in abundant.
Therefore, you are to walk in love - walk in the commands of God, in obedience to His words - so that you can attract God's presence and blessings and love.
Those who walk in love and in obedience to God's word will receive answer to their prayers.
Remember that a man who walks in iniquity has every reason to fear and to be tormented but not someone who is walking in love.

Prayer
Dear everlasting Father, I give to You every area of my heart, I choose to press past my mountains and everything that will cause the separation of Your love so that I can embrace the promises You have in store for me in Jesus name.

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

Message
Beloveth, these things mentioned in the scripture above shall not separate you from the love of God.
Neither angels nor demons and no powers can separate you from the love of Christ.
But your love for things of this world, your pride and your unguarded tongue will.
Your professing yourself to be wise will make you to became fool, act foolishly, care not for things that are true and good, will allow you to compromise the word and consequently move you farther away from God and His love.
It is written: "So I gave them up unto their own hearts' lust: and they walked in their own counsels."
Beloveth, when you walk in your own counsels you are doomed to perish and you will have your refuge in the camp of Satan.

Do your tone and words speak life, encourage and motivate others?
Are you hospitable to strangers, neighbours, the less privileged and widows?
Do you really care and show love?
Everyone who loves is born of God and will experience a relationship with God and surely nothing shall separate him from the love of Christ.
But the person who refuses to love cannot know God and will come short of His love.
Remember that there is no true fulfillment in life without the love of God.

Prayer
Dear Lord, help me to be ever-mindful of the truth and to operate accordingly and grant me all it takes so I will be found spotless, blameless and at peace with everyone and to my neighbours in Jesus name.
Grant me, oh Lord, the grace to live a pure life so that nothing shall separate me from the love of Christ in Jesus name.

Message
God's word is His bond. He is not a man that should lie. He speaks and it comes to past.
God is the ultimate promise keeper and He always finish whatsoever He starts.
Whatsoever God speaks concerning you shall come to manifestation except you walk against it or walk in accordance to this world or you allow temptations and indecision and/or your carnal senses to overpower you or allow your inward weakness destroy you.
You must learn to trust in God and His word, not lean on your own understanding and the world.
Do not settle down with the enemies of your soul, keep pressing forward, holding firm unto the Lord.
Hold firm to the word of God, and walk according to His will, with diligence in your work and trust His supernatural power .
God is faithful and will fulfill every last one of His promises concerning you and not one of them shall fail.
His presence shall direct your steps and you will mount wings like the eagles.
- Are you patiently waiting on the Lord?
- Are you expecting God to perform all concerning you at your own pace and time?
- Are you willing or contemplating on taking things into your own hands because God is slow?
- Are you worried that things do not go as desired and/or at the your appointed time?
- Are you living a compromised and complacent life?

Prayer
Almighty Father, help me to appreciate Your blessings and to always be contented in all things you have blessed me with - good health, protection, victory, forgiveness and favour.
Replace my fear, oh Lord, with strong faith, my worry with mighty hope and my despair with unspeakable joy in Jesus mighty name.

Message
Purification is the removal of contaminants from something; biblically, it is the process of making something spiritually or ceremonially clean.
There are many contaminants that needed to be purified in our souls and minds so we can have a life free of Satan's captivity and live in obedience to the word of God.
Beloveth, the result of purification is love for the people of God.
Love, love and love was the major preaching and teachings of Jesus Christ unto the children of God.
Your soul cannot be purified if you habour hatred, envy, jealousy and unforgiveness in your heart unless you acknowledge your shortcomings and sins ask God for forgiveness and repent thereof.
Your decision not to fully tell the truth when your brother is messing up and missing the way because you don't want him/her be offended, or you don't want people to talk about you or you want to save your face is an act of disobedience to the teachings of Jesus.
You need to seek purification of your soul in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren - loving one another.
It is not too late to have a transformation of mindset and start showing love and be on the path to the truth. Think therefore of the rapture.

Prayer
Dear Father, I ask for forgiveness and mercy if I have knowingly or unknowingly compromise the truth and acted in disobedience to your teachings.
Grant me the spirit to function with a purified soul in Jesus name.

And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

Message
A snare is a device that is secretly but strategically set up to capture a targeted subject.
Those taken into the snare of the devil are not only captives in the snare of the devil, but are also helplessly wrapped in slumber. And unless they wake up from such slumber, and become conscious of been in captivity, acknowledge and repent of their sins and follow that which is good and of truth in their life they will surely be heading to hell fire.

Beloveth, the carnal lusts and pleasures, seeking the treasures of this world by all means are the snares and nets, in which Satan uses to catch the mind of his victims making them to become his captives, and his slaves.
Ignorance and painting something false to appear true - like he did unto Eve - are the weapons the devil and his agents use to ensnare the unsuspecting man and put him into captivity.
Once in captivity, the victims are being led by the devil to whatsoever he pleases and they readily comply with him, and obey his lusts.
Beloveth, wickedness, hatred, rebellion, unguarded mouth, hypocrisy and words of hypocrisy, slander, speaking and/or wishing others evil, having delight in sharing of character killing news about others, causing of confusion and been lover of filthy words are strong indication or symptoms of been in captivity of the devil.
Yes! many believers voluntarily maneuvered themselves into the snare of the devil by their actions.
Watch out and be careful of what you read, what you hear and your falseful actions on those information received and surrender totally to the will of God.
God is never weak, never sleep, changeth not, is loving and merciful, knows all and has all the powers to transform you to victory and deliver you from his net if you are in captivity.

Prayer
Thank You Lord that You will go before me and make the crooked paths straight; break in pieces the gates of bronze and cut the bars of iron and deliver me out of the snare of the devil.
Truly my soul silently waits for God; from Him comes my salvation.

Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.

Message
Many believers extract their decision making based on rumours and them say.
They receive news and information from unknown sources and without verification make judgements on those fake news.
They do not only allow Satan to gain access to their mind but allow Satan to use them against other believers, siblings, partners.
Satan, very clever, will invoke wrong impression in their mindset as well as lack of trust, and faith.
They will only see facts in what the agents of Satan projected unto them and without a second thought reacted as such putting into jeopardy their trust and love.
Yes! they are blindly walking into the valley of dry bones.
Beloveth, you should not be guilty of harsh judgment of others based on rumour and news from unknown sources and/or information you have not proved.
False information is dangerous and deadly and reaction on such is sin.
You cannot know the feelings and motives behind those news and the devastating effect on the victim.
So be careful of every action or provocative speeches resulting from such information and resist from judging for judgement is of the Lord. It is written "Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
It is only God that will bring to light the hidden things of darkness and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts.

Remember, Adam and Eve lost the garden of Eden because of the wrong information given to Eve by Satan.

Prayer
Thanks be unto the most high God that my destiny will not and cannot be decided by the opinions of people, what they feel and their hatred of my person.
Help me Lord to overcome the tendency to jump to speedy conclusions that could cause me to stumble and possibly hurt someone else in Jesus name.

Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God.

Message
God provides through your hard work and skills and He ensures that you have what you need, even if it means working a miracle to feed a crowd of thousands with a small lunch.
God has the power, the will, and the follow-through to make sure you are well taken care of, having everything that you need for your body and life.
Giving bountifully has a special reward from God - blessed shall be the fruit of your womb, the fruit of your ground, and the fruit of your livestock.
God uses people, and so He has no difficulty blessing you from unexpected places.
When you give to God, your gift allows Him the opportunity to bless you, to keep His promises, and to give you more than enough.
Yes! giving releases supernatural miracle-working power of God and you shall receive unlimited blessings and you shall always have resources for giving.
Beloveth, you should be reminded of the consequences of God enriching you but you do not exercise all bountifulness i.e failing to reach out.
God will curse your blessings and allow the rust shall canker them and the moth to consume their garments.
The curse of the lord can also be poverty, financial instability, disease, failed marriages or things just going very bad in life for you.
You are blessed by the Lord who is not only able to give sufficiency but willing to rebuke the devourer for your sake.
Therefore, you are to exercise a bountiful disposition in relieving the poor, the disabled, the less privileged, the house of the Lord.
As you do so God will give a sound heart, will let His presence always be with you and He will always go before you and make straight your way.

Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for the amazing grace and steadfast love and mercy that You have poured out on me in such abundance.
Help me never to become complacent or lukewarm towards You, but rather to live in perpetual awe and wonderment for the gift of life that You have given me as a free gift of grace in Jesus mighty name.
