Bible verse: James 4:13-14 contd.
13 Go to now, ye that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain:
14 Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.

Message
Life is nothing but a period with a definite length, it has an end therefor prepare yourself for the end-time and that day that you shall stand for judgement before the Lord.
You do not know what tomorrow may bring, and to foolishly pretend that you are in control of the direction your life is heading into disaster and playing to the arms of Satan and his agents.
You are only in control of the responses you make to events, but very often not in control of the events themselves.
Do not forget that life's plans sometimes collapse against the uncertainty of the future. But your trust and confidence in the Lord will lead you, protect you, uplift you and guide you against any collapse.
Beloveth, it is arrogance to exclude God from your plan, therefore never, never, never leave God out of your life's plans.
Allow God to play in your daily lifestyle and plans, laying up in store for yourself a good foundation against the time to come, that you may lay hold on eternal life.
It is written: "Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroys, and where thieves break in and steal. But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in or steal."

Prayer
Dear Lord, I know that I am only in control of the responses I make to events but You are in control of all circumstances, I ask therefore that you take absolute control of me, of every decision I shall make to be in accordance to Your will so that I will be able to retain my treasures in heaven which I accumulate by faith in Jesus name.

Message
Beloveth, life is made up of people and places, activities and goals, days and years; and each of us must make many crucial decisions day after day.
Therefore never put off till tomorrow what you can do today, for ye know not what shall be on the morrow.
Procrastination is a sin; it brings you nothing but sorrow.
We learnt thet the 4 lepers rose up in the twilight, to go unto the camp of the Syrians: And thereafter said to one another "if we tarry till the morning light, some MISCHIEF will come upon us: now therefore come, that we may go and tell the king's household."
Yet! do not make plans without taking into account God’s sovereignty and His plans for you.
Because life is a vapor you should humble yourself before God and obey His will.
Beloveth, a vapor is short-lived. Life is like the steam coming out of your coffee/tea cup.
You see the mist at one moment and a few minutes later it disappears into the air - vanished.
The bell can sound any moment from now, and it will be too late to repent, or to forgive a brother.
That arrogant self-sufficiency of the world, that pride, that unforgiving heart, your unguarded mouth, that unfaithfulness, ungratefulness,
disobedience and disrespect to God's laws and His authority will put you away from the presence of the Lord.

Prayer
Dear heavenly Father, disconnect me from the powers of procrastination, power of setback, power of sin, of darkness and of confusion in Jesus name.

Bible verse: Ezekiel 37:7
So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone.

Message.
Have you ever felt cut off, dried up, or even hopeless and helpless?
Even though your bones are dried, and your hope is lost: and/or are cut off or written dead; if God can make an old stick - the rod of Aaron - fruitful in in the presence of Moses, He can do the same for you.
God supernatural power gave life to dry bones.
Beloveth, what is too hard for the Lord and what is it that he cannot turn around?
With God nothing is hopeless because He is the God of love and of mercy.
God always works through process and does things in their proper order and at His appointed time.
Your situation is not hopeless, that difficult period you are going through is not hopeless.
As it is written: "All you need is add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; and to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; and to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity."
Even in the belly of the fish, God heard and have mercy on Jonah.
In the prison cell where there seemed to be no hope, God heard and have mercy on Peter and Silas.
In the lion's den, His hands are long enough to save Daniel.
In the mist of fire, the Lord was not too weak to save Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego.
No matter how hopeless your situation is, God hath promised never to leave or forsake you. His presence will always be with you.
But walking in righteousness is expected of you.

Prayer
Dear Lord, give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart.
I pray in the mighty name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth that every dry bone in my life to receive the breath of the Lord and live so that the world shall know that You are the LORD of the hopeless and helpless.

Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days

Message
The kingdom of Heaven is not about eating or drinking, but righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
Beloveth, don’t let someone appoint themselves as arbitrator of your spiritual life.
Yes! there are many believers or so-called Christians who set themselves up to intimidate others, manipulating others thereby making themselves appear better than others.
You need to watch out for them and and be careful of them or if you are one of them, you need to watch out as well and be transformed.
Do not allow anyone to intimidate you and frustrate you to bury your God's given gift because they claimed and judged that you did not attend a so-called pastorate college, you do not attend night vigils, and/or church's weekly activities therefore you are not a minister of the gospel or an appointed servant of God and/or not a true Christian.
Remember, Paul encountered Christ on his way to Damascus, was converted, received the Holy Spirit, wisdom and power but not from attending a bible college.
Don't let anyone make a spiritual judgment on you based on what you do or don't do.
You must not let anyone condemn you because Christ has not only set you free from sin, and has also set you free from religious rules, doctrines and regulations.
God is more concerned about the content of your character, the kindness of your spirit, and the sincerity of your heart, your walk in holiness, and your obedience to His words.

Prayer
If thou, LORD, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand?
But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.
Help me O Lord, to trust in Your almighty plan and the power of Your love, to see people the way You see them, and to be filled with compassion, to respond with love instead of anger and bitterness or been judgemental in Jesus mighty name.

Bible verse: Ecclesiastes 12:14
14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.

Message
Beloveth, you are on probation on this planet earth, given a probation period of maximal 120 years, therefore you are encouraged to focus on eternal life and walking in holiness.
Be ye not deceived, you will surely give an account of your activities during that period when the Lord shall call you for accountability.
Unlike in this world, where men judge by appearances, or out of sympathy, or out of friendship, you shall be judged, not according to what you seem to be, but according to what you actually are - your lifestyle and righteous living, the usefulness of your mouth, your God's given wisdom and understandings, the good works and the love you show.
Do you compromise God's principles for your selfishness, pride or in pursuit of worldly treasures?
Do you, like Joseph, keep to the key values of the children of God by holding to honesty, contentment, sincerity and uprightness of the heart?
If you show partiality, and compromise the truth or acted unjustly, with deceit and fraud you have clearly violated the law of love and you have therefore committed sin, and are convicted by the law as a transgressor.
Beloveth, time to return unto the Lord with repentance for He will heal you, revive you and cleanse you of all your transgressions.
Do not be left behind when Jesus shall come again. Procrastination is dangerous and it might be too late to repent.

Prayer
Dear heavenly Father, free my heart from selfish ambitions, envy and the determination to have my own way, heal and cleanse me of my iniquities as I repent of my sins in Jesus name.
I pray. oh Lord, that You will not restrain Your mercy from me, Your steadfast love and Your faithfulness will ever preserve me in Jesus name.

7 In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine shewing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity,
8 Sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you.

Message
Good means that which is by its nature pleasing to God, that which is upright and honorable in His sight.
God created us in His image and as it written: we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
We are therefore inheritance of the good works of God and His son Jesus.
Yes! God gives us air, food, health, life, opportunity, love, discipline, protection, forgiveness, and mercy.
God saved you and me, for several reasons, but certainly to do good works in this corrupted world.
A world full of evil, of diverse false prophets - agents of the devil - who will not hesitate to spray insecticide of the children of God, who will not mind to brutally put bundles of burning candles of those they are to shepherd, agents of Satan willfully misinterpreting the Word of God to blindfold sinners and backsliders.
Beloveth, you are to show thyself a pattern of Christ's good works shewing uncorruptness, sincerity, sound mind, unconditional love, controlled tongue, obedience and a heart without bitterness, anger, revenge.
One thing you should know is that good works will never ever get you saved! You can do good works from sun up till sundown and they will not get you one step closer to heaven.
When you engage in effective good works, you are fulfilling your destiny for which God created you.
Until you have a new heart and a right spirit, it will be impossible to expect to find good works in you and until you have a complete faith in the Lord, repent of your sins, ask God to forgive you of those sins and become righteous in the eyes of God, you cannot count yourself saved.
Therefore, examine yourself, your lifestyle, your motives, your character and if there is any trace contrary to the good works, or the laws of God repent, be transformed.

Prayer
Oh Lord, keep me under the shadow of Your wing and shape my lifestyle to reflect Your character.
Purge me from the ungodly, teach me to live in the spirit, in doing good works and help me to see the real values of eternal things in Jesus name.

Message
Lot of people might be looking for your downfall, many will not buy your progress and success, many are envious because of the favour of God upon your life while some might be plotting evil against you; remember that there is no other protection beside God.
Many other wicked ones will not see the good things you do but are ready to twist facts, mislead people and make up stories just to satisfy their carnal desires.
They will plan evil because they are nothing but agents of Satan whose only mission is to lure you into his kingdom and consequently into eternal fire.
Beloveth, wise men trust the scriptures and defy a pleasure mad world.
When you face a great calamity, or when many have condemned you and spiritually hanged you, don't worry be happy; just praise the Lord and put your trust in the Lord for He is the one to fight the battle.
He has all the atomic bombs, the thunders and special earthquakes which He can release at His appointed time for your sake and according to His measures.
Peter and Silas were put into prison but at the appointed time God uses earthquake to deliver them.
Beloveth do not plan evil for others else you will face the wrath of God.
Remember God's unchanging guarantee that a man reaps what he sows.

Prayer
Dear gracious God, Let them be ashamed and brought to confusion together that rejoice at mine hurt: let them be clothed with shame and dishonour that magnify themselves against me and forced them to seek protection from me like Haman was quaking and begging Esther for his life in Jesus name.

8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Message
Devoting yourself to the Word of God, meditating, reading, studying God's Word and most importantly obeying and applying the truths found therein in your lifestyle and actions is a fundamental key to knowing whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are true and just, whatsoever things are pure, of good report and lovely,
The knowledge and understanding of the Word and obediently acting on the word will help you to uprooting and mortifying sin in your life and guide you to live righteously.
Beloveth, God's word specifies and clarifies those things that should be at the constant forefront of your thoughts and for that matter, your actions, your desires, the words of your mouth, your relations to your neighbour and enemies and your walking in holiness.
Let, therefore, all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, anything that consists of falsehood or that has the traits of dishonesty be put away from you and you will enjoy the benefits attached to living in integrity, in honesty and of good report.

Prayer
Dear Lord, help me to be ever-mindful of the truth, of things that are pure to You, and of good report and to operate accordingly and grant me all it takes so I will be found spotless, blameless and at peace with You in Jesus name.

5 For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.

Message
When you call on the Lord, and you ask in accordance to His will and you believe and have faith that He will answer you, start praising His holy name for that desire of yours has been manifested in the spiritual world.
Our Lord is omnipotent, all-powerful, dependent on nothing and no one else, He is the only one to turn your so-called hopeless situation and calamities around.
Yes, He is ever ready to forgive you your sinful ways provided you are ready to confess your sins and repent of them.
You must also have a forgiving heart, decline from gossip, killing your neighbour and allowing your carnal senses to be in control of your soul.
Beloveth, iIf you walk in righteousness, show and practice love to your enemies, forsake all the things God hates and walk in integrity, God will grant you plenteous in mercy whenever you call upon Him, He will plead your cause with them that strive with you: fight against them that fight against you.
He will not mind letting destruction come upon them that seeks after your life at unawares.

Prayer
Thank you, Lord, for the precious life You have given unto me, for guiding and protecting me and for those things you have performed in my life according to Your liking.
Help my soul to glorify You and my spirit to rejoice in You and fill me with Your Spirit so that I can do what is best for Your kingdom in Jesus name.

14 But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth.
15 This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.
16 For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.

Message
Beloveth, just like leprosy is a physical disease there are also spiritual diseases like hatred, slander, anger, greed, lying, pride, self-contentedness, envy, unforgiveness, unguarded mouth, resentment, covetousness, gossip, deceit etc that need to be healed.
Satan takes great delight in burdening our hearts with these harmful spiritual diseases and unless we put on the full Armour of the Lord, repent of these sins, seek the peace of God it will be difficult to experiencing eternal life.
When you're doing this evil you are planting seeds that are giving birth and acting against you, your family members while Satan and his demons are using you, deceiving you and painting rosy these spiritual diseases for self-justification.
You must say NO to and forsake worldly passions, ungodliness, bitterness, pride, hatred, malice because they descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.
Say YES to righteousness and live a self-controlled life in obedience to the Word of God and love your neighbours as Christ loves you.

King Herod heard that a new king was born and out of envy killed all male children in Bethlehem who were under the age of 2.
Joseph's brothers noted his special status, his spiritual sensitivity. Their hatred grew to such an extent they sold their brother into slavery.
Cain was envious of Abel because God liked Abel’s offering more than his. So he killed his brother, consumed by a murderous rage.
The long term vision of envy, bitterness, jealousy is to destroy and to kill.

Prayer
O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, come and be the all consuming fire in me and consume every bitter envying and strife in my heart.
Let them be confounded and put to shame that seek after my soul: let them be turned back and brought to confusion that devise my hurt in Jesus name.
